The WELOV Air Purifier works silently in the background to remove “bad odors” from your indoor air. It's effective at keeping your house from smelling like dog. I like that you can turn it on/off using Alexa. The WeLov P200 Pro is relatively unobtrusive and has a night light on the base.

I have a sensitive nose and can smell everything, it drives me crazy, but this little air purifier has been great for keeping my house clean.
The AiDot WELOV Air Purifier P200 Pro is a smart home gadget with built-in Matter 1.2 technology, so you can connect it to any smart home hub you have, whether it's Alexa, Google, Apple, or whatever. There are a few things to note, though. One is that you'll need a 2.4GHz network to connect, but since most routers today are dual-band, this isn't much of an issue. You'll also need a smart home hub made by these or other companies.
Once connected, however, you can control the WELOV P200 Pro by voice or set it to work on a schedule based on your specific needs. There's also a nightlight at the bottom with brightness control so you don't trip out in the middle of the night.
Clean the air
For my needs (remember from the robot vacuum article that I have several large dogs that shed a lot), I plugged in the P200 Pro and let it run 24/7 for a few days to ensure the air was thoroughly filtered. But after four days, I switched it to only running when the air quality in my home exceeded a certain level. So far, that has only happened occasionally, and there is no noticeable dog smell in the house. I've asked everyone who comes through the front door and they all agree that the house smells cleaner.
The P200 Pro can be controlled using the control panel or a smart home hub.

What I really like is that the WELOV P200 Pro is super quiet. You barely know it's running unless you walk past it and feel the fan. There's a very impressive light display on top that shows you information about your air quality. You can also do a lot of things from this display, like turn the purifier on/off, adjust the fan, set the time, control the fan speed, and more.
The P200 Pro also comes with disposable replacement filters, and while it would be nice from an environmental standpoint to be reusable, I understand they aren't as effective at filtering out airborne bacteria, allergens, and dust, so you can buy replacement filters on Amazon for around $40.
From my perspective, that's a pretty reasonable price. You can buy air purifiers with cheaper replacement filters, but I don't know what the quality of those units will be. Also, for the type of filter this unit uses, the price of a replacement is less than other options. The H13 True HEPA filter lasts about 3-6 months depending on the level of pollutants in your environment, and captures particles around 0.1 microns in size, including dust, bacteria, and odors (such as smoke).
Important thing
The Matter technology in the WELOV P200 Pro is a big deal, and to demonstrate it, the company included some Linkind Matter-enabled light bulbs, smart plugs, and switches. As with the WELOV P200 Pro air purifier, connecting these is as easy as pointing your phone's camera at the QR code on the device. I was able to connect four light bulbs and two smart plugs in just a few minutes. All of these can be controlled by voice via the Smart Home Assistant or the AiDot app. I haven't tried the switches yet (due to the wires), but I'm sure they'll be just as easy to use.
With Matter 1.2, you can get started by simply scanning a sticker.

Overall, the WELOV P200 Pro Air Purifier isn't the most exciting tech product, but if you live in a house that smells old, is dusty, or has pets, it's probably worth buying. It's easy to connect, easy to use, and low maintenance. For these reasons, we recommend giving it a try. Even if you don't think you need an air purifier, it might make your environment feel fresher.
