OliverIQ, a Smart Home as a Service (SHAaS) platform provider, today announced new B2B services designed specifically for communications service providers (CSPs). Recognizing the diverse needs of such providers, the company offers him two different pricing models: The development will enable regional, national and global service providers to offer smart home automation services through their own apps and routers, the company said.

This new service enables CSPs, including telcos, ISPs, and broadband providers, to use OliverIQ's white-label services to automatically discover, control, and automate devices within their apps. Additionally, OliverIQ provides 24/7 remote technical support for your smart home systems. This is also white-labeled under each CSP's brand identity.

OliverIQ uses a comprehensive SHaaS platform to reimagine the typical fragmented smart home space into a streamlined managed service. Broadband, communications, and internet service providers will now be able to offer their customers a smart home experience that is consistent with their brand, strengthening both customer relationships and brand identity.

While previous efforts to integrate telecommunications services into home automation have often centered on one-size-fits-all smart home kits, OliverIQ's novel approach takes into account the diverse needs of consumers. It has been. The platform offers solutions that include a variety of device manufacturers, breaking away from previous limitations. This gives service providers the possibility to enhance the customer's existing smart home devices and integrate new smart home devices according to the customer's individual preferences and needs.

Will West, CEO and co-founder of OliverIQ, explains: “While carriers and their ISPs have entered the smart home space before, the real key to success in this space is in-depth support and integration for the devices that consumers instinctively demand. That's what makes his OliverIQ so great.

Offering live security monitoring, home automation, and comprehensive services and support, OliverIQ's comprehensive SHaaS solution is offered under the Service Provider brand. This holistic approach increases brand awareness, customer loyalty, and positions carriers as comprehensive smart home service providers.

“Our platform is a perfect fit for service providers' needs, giving customers the world of choice to choose the smart home devices that best fit their lifestyle,” West added.

“SHAaS represents a paradigm shift for communications service providers. Homeowners no longer have to juggle many apps; the service provider's app does it all,” said Eric Smith, co-founder and CTO of OliverIQ. It's going to be one app to rule. It's incredible.” A sticky relationship. ”

Developed in conjunction with technical service support, this platform enables a lasting relationship between service providers and their customers to ensure that smart home functionality does not degrade over time. OliverIQ's new offering allows service providers to quickly deploy their own smart home automation services and strengthen ties with their customers.
