Her latest DIY project is her “favorite hack of all time,” converting the empty wall space of a staircase.
Content creators shared simple projects in demo videos.
“If you have a big, blank wall, do this,” she wrote.
Anna started by marking a large rectangle with tape on the hallway wall and blocking the inside of the line with black paint.
The particular tub was Wilco's tough washable matte finish paint in the black shade of “Supernova.”
Next, I attached square mirrors from IKEA BLODLÖNN to the wall in even rows and columns.
The 30×30 decorative mirrors cost £7 for a pack of four, or £1.75 each.
Anna used 24 small square mirrors, which cost her a total of £42.
“Add a giant statement mirror to your wall without the price tag or weight,” she further wrote.
However, opinions were divided regarding the design.
Some thought it was a “nightmare to clean”, while others claimed it looked “uneven” and the reflection from the mirror “didn't match”.
One viewer defended it in the comments: “I get this.” “It’s nice, it’s up high, and no one touches it, so it doesn’t get dirty.
“I haven't cleaned it once in the past year.”
“I love you,” wrote another. “If you clean it up, you'll find a way.
“If one falls off, stick it back on.
“Who cares? It's a beautiful trait.”
Anna's home hacks are extremely popular, with 407,000 followers on TikTok and 385,000 followers on Instagram.
