PALO ALTO, Calif. — Houzz, Inc. has introduced photorealistic renderings to the 3D floor plan tool in Houzz Pro, the business management and marketing solution for home building and design professionals.
Major new features include:
Houzz Pro users can now transform 3D floor plans into realistic renderings complete with real-world details like natural lighting, shadows, and textures. Photorealistic renderings can be created in minutes and added to client presentations to help clients better visualize the finished space. Photorealistic renderings are included with your Houzz Pro subscription.
“Our 3D floor plan tools are widely used by interior designers, builders and remodelers to create more compelling client presentations. We heard from many pros that they outsource renderings, which are costly and cause delays, so we saw an opportunity to provide a better solution,” said Alon Cohen, CEO of Houzz. “Offering photorealistic renderings as part of our Houzz Pro software gives pros a competitive advantage by enabling them to create more professional, impactful presentations at no additional cost.”
Houzz Pro 3D floor plan tools help professionals communicate their project vision through 2D floor plans and 3D models. Create photorealistic renderings, dollhouses, and walk-through views, and provide on-site augmented reality (AR) tours using the mobile app.
