Batelco, part of the Beyon Group, has signed an agreement with prominent real estate group, Grnata, to provide smart solutions for the Golden Gate residential tower project located in Bahrain Bay.
The agreement was signed by Hassan Al Mushaimah, Chairman of Grnata Real Estate Group, and Maisam Abdullah, Chief Executive Officer of Batelco, at Beyon's headquarters in the presence of representatives from both companies. Through this partnership, Batelco will equip Golden Gate Tower, one of the tallest residential towers in Bahrain, with its latest technological solutions, offering a high-end smart living experience to its residents.
Batelco's In-Building Security System (IBS) is designed to enhance wireless signal quality and coverage, even on the top floors. This cutting-edge connectivity solution ensures superior connectivity throughout the tower. Additionally, an advanced video surveillance (CCTV) system has been installed to provide added security measures and peace of mind to occupants.
Additionally, Golden Gate Tower will also be equipped with a state-of-the-art technology system that will allow residents to remotely control their apartments, including lighting, air conditioning, windows, curtains and access to the main door. The system will be designed to be compatible with future advancements in home automation, allowing residents to enjoy the benefits of new smart home features.
