Improving your living experience requires more than an updated layout, new furniture, and updated décor. While these can refresh the look and feel of your home, the real transformation comes from embracing smart home innovations. Creating a smart home not only transforms your space into a haven of relaxation, it can also increase your productivity (there's never enough hours in a day!) and bring the fun back into your life.
Don't believe us? Just ask Martha Stewart. Known as an early adopter and queen of turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, she loves to embrace innovation in all its forms. In fact, she believes innovation is the secret to the enduring success of home and hospitality.
Unlocking the potential of your smart home
Earlier this year, Samsung had the opportunity to collaborate with Martha at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. The focus of the collaboration was on AI-powered Samsung SmartThings.
SmartThings allows you to connect all your smart devices and manage your home with one easy-to-use app. Martha demonstrates how connected technology and AI can elevate your home, redefine the way you live, and help you focus on what really matters: fun. Speaking of fun, did you know that Samsung SmartThings users say convenience and fun are the main reasons they started using SmartThings?1
Imagine this: Martha drives CES attendees to The Bedford restaurant in Las Vegas to make their famous Smashed Baked Potato. Using SmartThings integrated into Samsung's AI-enabled Family Hub+ refrigerator, AI Vision Inside makes sure all the necessary ingredients are there. Then, SmartThings handles tasks like starting a wash cycle and adjusting the thermostat so Martha has time to whip up some Vegas-style “Maltatini.” Finally, with a quick glance at the SmartThings app on her Galaxy Watch6, Martha sets up just the right lighting for the festive ambiance.
#GRWM: Getting Ready to Party with Martha (and her furry friends)
Next, Martha invited Samsung behind the scenes as she prepared for a party at her Bedford, N.Y. home. With Samsung's SmartThings app at hand, Martha seamlessly multitasked from the hair and makeup chair before her guests arrived.
In preparation for the party, Martha checked in on her beloved black French bulldog, Luna Moona. Thanks to SmartThings, Martha used the Jet Bot AI+'s front camera to live stream Luna's activities in real time to make sure she was happy. She then connected to the outdoor camera system through the app to check in on Clive and Rufus, the miniature Sicilian donkeys, as they roamed the farm. Click here to see her #GRWM video.
New – #POV: Figure out how to do a million smart things at once
In her latest video, Martha shares her insights on how Samsung can run millions of SmartThings at once. In her view, smart home living opens the door to countless opportunities for increased convenience, efficiency, and entertainment.
