A new national home and small business technology services company, Daisy, is set to launch, claiming it will help make smart home technology much more understandable to the general public.

Daisy said this is a national initiative that addresses a growing market need to allow consumers to spend more time using and enjoying technology at home without the frustration of using it. It is said that it is a solution.

The company plans to open offices in California, Texas, Florida, Connecticut, and North Carolina by the second quarter (Q2), creating the smart home industry's first national franchise model. Daisy plans to be in at least 16 markets in 2024 and fully national by 2025.

“Having spent much of my career in franchising and home services, the need for a national home technology services brand is essential,” said Hagan Kappler, founder and CEO of Daisy.

“Homes are integrating more technology, but nearly half of professional employees need to be productive in their home offices. We are positioning ourselves as a curator to help people with their technology needs.

Daisy claims it can simplify the installation and maintenance of these products and systems with a friendly and efficient service that allows consumers to enjoy the benefits of smart devices.

Daisy offers regular models with installation and repair, as well as frequent maintenance and support to maintain and optimize your technology in your home or office.

These affordable service plans cover everything from installing and optimizing new devices, to ensuring continued compatibility and interoperability between devices, to providing dedicated technology support for the customer's lifetime.
