The best new game show of the year ended last night with FOX's The Floor crowned the winner. Series host and producer Rob Lowe handed out a whopping $250,000 prize last night during the two-hour season finale.
The battle began 10 weeks ago, on January 2, 2024, with 81 contestants taking to the floor of a giant game show, each declaring their area of expertise and competing with other daring contestants. They were ready to duel. The winner of a timed head-to-head trivia battle captured their opponent's square on the floor, and the loser was sent home.
Only nine contestants remained for the final hour of the season finale, and the categories were Hobbies, Olympic Events, US States, Athletes, Fashion Icons, Country Music, Best Picture Winners, and World Foods and Plants .
