I have a thing for gold mirrors. A few years ago, I stumbled across a perfect gold-framed mirror at a thrift store for $15 and started a little collection. Since then, I've bought a few more at thrift stores and have them scattered across my living room walls. I consider it my proudest home decor achievement to date.
As some might call me a gold mirror connoisseur, I've had my eye on the Gleaming Primrose mirror from Anthropologie for a while now. It's truly the pinnacle of gold mirrors, but at $500 (for the small one!) it's way out of my current budget. So when someone told me about an eerily similar mirror for $60 at Hobby Lobby, I walked right over to my local store and grabbed the last one they had in stock. It looked so similar to the real thing, and I couldn't believe I could get it for so cheap.
