Ashlee Simpson Ross wants your home to feel like a vacation.
The singer has partnered with luxury vacation rental company Kempa Collection as creative director of Kempa Home. Kempa Home is a range of furniture and accessories installed in the company's homes that guests can purchase by scanning a QR code. “I thought this was a very unique and innovative way to create a furniture line,” she tells PEOPLE.
“I definitely have a bit of an eclectic taste,” Simpson-Ross says of her aesthetic. “But in doing this line with Kempa, I really wanted to do something for everyone. Something that mixes timeless classic pieces with fun 'escape from the everyday' pieces. I wanted to do it.”
The collection starts at $30 and offers a variety of items including bedding, kitchenware, wall decor, and more. Some of Simpson-Ross' favorite pieces include her Bali mirror and emerald sofa, which she says reflect her “bohemian eclectic” style.

Ross, who loves Kempa's Palm Springs rentals, said she enjoys “playing with furniture” and seeing what she's drawn to. “I always want to redecorate things, so this was a dream come true and so much fun,” she told PEOPLE.
Simpson-Ross and her husband Evan Ross, 34, also bond over a shared love of travel and design.
“I absolutely love it,” she says of the interior design. “We both really enjoy going places and discovering new pieces.”
Simpson-Ross has already shared some of her favorite fall items from the collection and hinted that holiday pieces are coming soon.
“I'm a big fall/winter kind of girl, so there's definitely going to be new items coming out. It's like my favorite time of the year because it's so cozy,” she explains. “This is the time of year when you want to redecorate your home, change the colors, and give it a slightly warmer feel.''
For the perfect holiday gift, she suggests a “cute throw blanket” or a vase of flowers. Because these are “things you can actually use at home and make great holiday gifts.”
