Industry veteran Mike Hilleboe has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as the new dealer floor plan group manager, expanding Pinnacle's reach under the company's expanding dealer commercial services team. Hilleboe brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to the firm.

Adding Hillebaugh to the team underscores Pinnacle's focus on providing innovative solutions and building meaningful relationships within the automotive industry, enabling Pinnacle's dealership businesses to meet their customers' holistic needs, whether that be through providing floorplan, real estate and acquisition financing or treasury, deposit and payment services. Further expanding the company's list of in-house specialists who are experts in their respective industries will enable greater collaboration across the company's expanding footprint to meet the unique needs of its customers.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Hilbaugh served as dealer team leader at Truist, where he managed a portfolio of dealer client relationships across seven states, including his home base in North Carolina. Hilbaugh graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is actively involved in professional and community organizations, including his church, the Greensboro Sports Council, state and local dealer associations and the AFSA Commercial Credit Committee. Hilbaugh will work out of the company's Greensboro Irving Park office, located at 2201 N. Elm Street.
