Warm minimalism draws attention to the design, as does 'quiet luxury'. Unlike its cooler, more clinical siblings, the warm, minimalist interior promises to exude more character and comfort in a clean, functional space.
Now more than ever, we want comfort in our homes. So it's a pleasure to see model and author Chrissy Teigen not only incorporate this timeless and elegant interior design trend into her home, but also incorporate it into her own home. .
The easiest way to achieve this look is to imitate nature's warmest colors, like Chrissy Thene did. Inspired by the colors of nature, warm minimalism adds a gentle, soothing touch to interiors with layered textures and tones that ebb and flow with the seasons.
Here, designers react to the warm minimalism trend and share how to achieve the look in your home using the 'Golden Hour' palette, just like Chrissy achieved below.
Chrissy Teigen has always been open to sharing her life with her millions of social followers and showing off her stunning homes in the process, but it's this one that caught our design eye , her love for warm minimalism.
“We're seeing a clear trend toward warmer minimalism, with deeper colors and rich, neutral tones. I like to create cozy and inviting spaces that are elegant and serene in their simplicity. “We're seeing a lot of beige, honey, ochre, taupe and gold being used in the market.” It’s important to create a sense of unity, so make sure no piece of furniture or color dominates the space too much,” says Becca Casey, designer and founder of Becca Interiors.
If you want to recreate this aesthetic at home, combine colors inspired by “golden hour,” when the sky changes color from red to orange. Consider bright sunset hues and earthy terracotta and ocher tones the perfect companion and versatile, as they can be sophisticated and enchanting or surprisingly fresh.

“Using a natural palette like the one above means adding depth and contrast to the various layers and textures,” says Jane Landino, head of creative at Taylor Howes Studio. “To make a warm, minimalist color palette feel designed and thought-out, it's important to combine neutrals with patterns and the occasional accent color. Just because it's beige doesn't mean it's solid. It doesn’t have to be.”

Another great way to decorate with neutrals is to use different tones from the same color palette to create flow and dynamism. Chrissy keeps things interesting in her home with subtle hints of gold. It's a bold color, but works beautifully with both warm minimalism and quiet luxury.
Used for small accents or extravagant uses, gold is a color that pairs beautifully with almost any other color, whether it's a sophisticated modernist scheme or one with a distinctly eclectic flavor.
For a cozier aesthetic, consider neutral shades with a red base, such as Elephant's Breath, Dimity and Farrow & Ball's Wimborne White, says Louise Wicksteed, Design Director at Sims Hilditch. Recommended.
