SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The builder of the 2024 St. Jude Dream Home in Savannah has announced details for the home.
Landmark24 Homes says the floor plan they chose is called “Richmond” and is one of their most popular floor plans. The home is being built in the Brookhaven neighborhood of western Chatham County, an area known as Highland.
According to Landmark24, the home will be approximately 2,800 square feet. The renderings they released show the main floor to have an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and additional living space.
They estimate the home is worth more than $500,000.
Tickets for the Dream Home will go on sale in April and winners will be drawn in June.
