Jay-Z and Beyoncé often hung out at this luxurious pad on the Upper West Side when they were brainstorming with Norton Cher to build their Rocawear fashion brand.
Currently, Cher is listing the apartment at 220 Riverside Blvd. for $5.99 million, or a monthly rent of $19,990.
The brand was reportedly sold in 2007 for $204 million in cash, plus an additional $35 million in stock.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment on the 24th floor is approximately 3,000 square feet and includes a home office.
This was Cher's home during the brand's rise to fame and multi-million dollar sales. “This apartment is more than just a residence, it is a piece of pop culture history, as the home of Norton during an important era in the history of fashion and music,” said Alexander Zakharin and Yana of listing brokers Nest Seekers International.・Mr. Alexeyenko said.

The main bedroom corner suite features floor-to-ceiling windows, a custom home office separated by sliding doors, a spa-like bath, two walk-in closets, and an additional wall-to-wall closet.
Details also include hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, blackout blinds, and surround sound.
The 48-story building includes facilities such as a gym, pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room, massage treatment room, billiards room, playroom, private event space, courtyard, and underground parking.
