Confetti is a New York staple, and what's more fun than presenting it to your party guests in an elevated and unique way? Fill a test tube with metal confetti of your favorite color and put a cork on it.

This easy DIY works as a vibrant decoration and a cute photo prop for the many photos you're sure to take on December 31st. Cut out the numbers 2024 on different colored cardstock using your Cricut or by hand. Using the same cardstock, cut out the confetti using a hole punch and insert them into the balloon using a funnel.
Inflate it using a small helium tank and attach the ribbon. Attach “2024” to the ribbon with double-sided tape and tie it to a mini bottle of wine or alcohol. Not only do these balloons add a fun addition to your holiday decor, but you can also gift mini bottles as party favors when your guests go home.
